The acromegaly “signs” of the jaw, etc, would appear if the problem with the pituitary appear AFTER the growing period (say adulthood). If the “problem” starts in the chilhood, this is what happens, althrough the genetics of a tall family can not be discarded. But since 6′9 is not considered a “normal” height, its most likelly NOT a genetic induced gigantism, but a pituitary disorder in her childhood. Anyways if the height was not expressed or the pics with the reference, she would be a common/nice looking young lady.
